Samsung plans to integrate FläktGroup’s advanced HVAC control systems with its own building management platforms like SmartThings Pro and b.IoT. The acquisition comes as demand for large-scale AC systems is rising for factories, hospitals, and commercial complexes across Korea, Europe, and North America. Samsung intends to nurture the HVAC business as a new growth engine within its DX Division through continuous investment.
